I do not accept returns unless an item has been damaged during the shipping process or if an item was damaged within the first 2 weeks after arrival.


single earring purchase

I do accept single earring sales! if you would like to replace a lost one or would like only one earring, you may contact me directly for pricing and details. custom orders for mismatched earrings are also acceptable.


international shipping during covid

expect major delays for orders going outside of the United States. due to the pandemic, delivering to some countries is taking additional weeks for arrival. keep checking in with your tracking number and please contact me directly via email with any questions or concerns. some countries are currently not available for shipping.


lost packages

I am not responsible for stolen or lost packages. please keep in mind there are shipping delays due to the pandemic. you will receive a separate shipping notification email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

if you select to include a gift message at checkout, the note will be handwritten and enclosed in a small envelope. the earrings will arrive in a Kraft box, and the invoice will not be included.
